Mizan – Kullanım Koşulları

Hesap oluşturarak veya Mizan'ı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. Uygulama Berkay Şen tarafından yayınlanır (destek@mizandinibilgi.com.tr).

  1. Uygunluk. En az 13 yaşında olmalısın.
  2. Hesabın. Doğru bilgi ver, şifreni gizli tut, hesabını paylaşma. Hesabındaki işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.
  3. Adil oyun. Hile, bot veya otomasyon kullanma, hatalardan yararlanma, hizmete saldırma veya başkalarının verilerine erişmeye çalışma. Bu kurallara uymayan hesaplardaki puanları silebilir veya hesabı askıya alabiliriz.
  4. İçerik. Sorular genel bilgi ve eğitim amaçlıdır. Doğru olmasına özen gösteririz ama garanti vermeyiz; fetva niteliği taşımaz. Hataları destek@mizandinibilgi.com.tr adresine bildirebilirsin.
  5. Puan ve ödüller. Puanların, çarpanların, ekstra hakların ve sıralamanın parasal değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez. Düello kuralları (art arda yenilgi sonrası geçici mola dahil) değişebilir.
  6. Rakipler. Uygun başka oyuncu yoksa sistem kontrollü bir rakip kullanılabilir.
  7. Hizmetin sürekliliği. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmeti değiştirebilir, durdurabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz; yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde kesinti ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
  8. Sonlandırma. Hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin (Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil). Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
  9. Gizlilik. Verilerini nasıl işlediğimiz için Gizlilik Politikası'na bak.
  10. Değişiklik ve uygulanacak hukuk. Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; kullanmaya devam etmen kabul anlamına gelir. Zorunlu tüketici hukuku aksini söylemedikçe uygulanacak hukuk ve yetkili mahkeme, Berkay Şen yayıncının yerleşik olduğu ülkedir.

Mizan – Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Mizan you agree to these terms. The app is published by Berkay Şen (destek@mizandinibilgi.com.tr).

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old.
  2. Your account. Give accurate information, keep your password secret, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
  3. Fair play. Do not cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, attack the service, or try to access other users' data. We may remove scores or suspend accounts that break these rules.
  4. Content. Questions are provided for general knowledge and educational purposes. We try to keep them accurate but do not guarantee it; they are not religious rulings (fatwa). Report mistakes to destek@mizandinibilgi.com.tr.
  5. Points and rewards. Points, multipliers, extra rights and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Duel rules (including temporary breaks after consecutive losses) may change.
  6. Opponents. If no other player is available, a system-controlled opponent may be used.
  7. Availability. The service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop it, and we are not liable for interruptions or data loss to the extent permitted by law.
  8. Termination. You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete My Account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
  9. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
  10. Changes and law. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law and courts: the country where Berkay Şen resides, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
